We are a caring and diverse group of experienced educators. Together, we create a happy and fun learning journey for every child. Our multicultural and inclusive community means that everyone feels a sense of belonging at our centre. We value working in partnership with you and we love to celebrate your child’s milestones with you. With our open-door policy, you can feel free to talk with us at any time.

We believe in developing our abilities as a team through professional development, guiding each other in practices and working together in the best interest of children. We aim to utilise each team member’s strengths and abilities and recognise that we are a culturally diverse centre. We use this to educate the children on equality and we value all children’s social, cultural and linguistic diversity.

We believe all children should be treated equally and are recognised and valued. We aim to promote children’s sense of agency and identity, allowing them to blossom as individuals. We recognise we are important role models and encourage and promote positive peer relationships.

We offer above award wages and excellent working conditions to attract and retain the best educators to care for your child. The service also encourages and provides extensive training and professional development opportunities for staff in the early learning industry.

Information about our educators can be viewed in the centre Foyer, as well as in each room.
